Scott Davis, owner and founder of Scott Davis Construction, is passionate about building and remodeling.  Scott has been swinging a hammer since he was a kid, growing up working on jobsites with his father and grandfather in the family construction business. 

Scott Davis Construction intentionally keeps the number of concurrent projects low so we can focus on the needs of each homeowner.  Scott personally oversees each project directly from start to finish without the use of project managers or superintendents.  

Unlike most builders today, Scott Davis is an artisan builder, self-performing the carpentry work in each project, including framing, trim, and cabinetry.  We also self-perform our own electrical and plumbing work, lay tile, install flooring, build decks, and pour concrete. 

Scott Davis is the fourth generation of the Davis family to offer construction services to Tupelo and North Mississippi. All of our business comes from referrals through word of mouth, with many of our past clients coming back to us for more projects throughout the years,
